Where does nez living ship from?
We ship from Germany.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above €60 / or $80.
How do I return my order?
If you have ordered one or more products from our website www.nezliving.com and you change your mind, you have the right by law for withdrawal, or the right, to return your products to nez living.
You must invoke your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the day of receipt of the products, weekends and public holidays excepted. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for the terms of the right of withdrawal.
You can use our returns portal to initiate the returns process via www.nezliving.return-order.com. There you can either find your order with your order number and your email address, or your shipment with your shipment number and zip code.
If you change your mind, we will return any money we have received from you. If you return part of the order, we will offset the sum of the products you are keeping with the amount you have already paid. The costs of the return of the products are at your expense.
Who do I contact if I receive a wrong, incomplete or defective item?
How can I track my shipment?
We get it – we’re excited for you to receive the product as well! After check-out you will be provided with a tracking number connected to your order, use this tracking number to follow your package all the way to your front door.
Do you send to PO addresses?
No, this unfortunately is not possible for us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We’re so excited for you to receive your nez living products! The standard shipping within Europe is 3-5 working days. International shipping can take 7-10 days. Depending on the shipment option you have chosen, you may find your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for more information. As we are not responsible for the shipping companies we cannot be held responsible for any changes or decisions that they make. What are the postage costs for online orders?
This varies from order to order. It depends on the amount of items you are ordering and what your shipping address is. We don’t work with standard shipping fees as we aim to provide you with the best possible price. The shipping costs will be calculated and clearly stated during your checkout process. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
The prices listed on the homepage do not include any duties and taxes connected to your country, so it is possible depending on your shipment address, that fees are charged by your customs. Those fees are your sole responsibility.
What happens if I accidentally provide a wrong delivery address?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Please make sure to double check all information you provide us with during check-out.
